We’re looking for a highly organised and experienced Senior Administration Officer to join our client’s team in a full-time capacity. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone with a strong background in administration, HR, payroll, and accounting (including accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations).
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of their office and business processes by overseeing core administration tasks, maintaining financial records, and supporting our operations team.

What You'll Be Doing:
Managing accounts receivable and payable, including data entry of freight and raising customer invoices
Monitoring customer payment terms and following up outstanding accounts
Providing accurate and timely payroll processing and HR administrative support
Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, training, and general HR compliance
Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
Supporting fellow admin staff and collaborating with the wider operations team
Maintaining accurate office records, financial documentation, and internal systems
Ensuring business compliance with relevant OH&S standards, policies, and legislation

To be considered for these roles, applicants must possess the following skills and experience and meet the following requirements:
Extensive experience in administration preferably with solid HR and payroll knowledge
Proven experience in accounts payable/receivable and account reconciliation
High-level computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Experience with office systems and records management
Current Driver’s Licence required
